For a beautiful and easy baby or lap quilt this is the perfect project. Two strips of wide ribbon are featured in the center with Victorian eyelet in the middle and on each side of the ribbon. Three serger tucks follow each piece of eyelet on the sides of the ribbon. Eyelet is used to bind the quilt and make an extra-special finish around the edges.
